Italian Panettone cake, an authentic product of refined Italian pastry, with pistachio cream, almond milk may good quality and fresh eggs for a perfect dessert .

Taking the shape of a special muffin, this fluffy and aromatic dessert has long since surpassed the borders of Italy, becoming present in almost all countries, including Romania.

Even if it looks like just a sponge cake with a different shape, well, it's not! Panettone requires at least 24 hours of multi-stage rising, a flour with a high gluten content, and a special paper mold, to which the dough sticks during rising, and as soon as it is removed from the oven, the hardened bottom of the mold allows the panettone to be "hung" upside down, to maintain its fluffy and high texture.

Although it was perceived as a holiday dessert, today Panettone is even eaten for breakfast, with a cup of coffee or a glass of prosecco.

Slices of panettone can also be fried and spread with butter or cream cheese. In some areas of Italy, panettone is served with mascarpone cream and a glass of liqueur.

Ingredients : Wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter, yeast, skimmed milk powder. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides

of fatty acids and soy lecithin, salt, flavors. Preservative: potassium sorbent.

Filling ingredients (20%) :

Glucose syrup, sugar, palm vegetable fat, skimmed milk powder, eggs, pistachio paste 6%, rum flavor. Thickening agent: Pectin. Preservative: potassium sorbate

May contain traces of dried fruit with shell. Keep the product in its original packaging and in a dry and cool place.

Attention: Not all batches have the glaze as in the photo.

You can request the return of products in the following cases:

The product delivered does not meet the specifications on the site. You can request its return for replacement or full refund (if the product is no longer available).
Non-functional/damaged product within the first 48 hours of receipt. If the purchased product was delivered non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, following written notification within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We recommend that the verification/testing of the ordered products be done within 48 hours. Any subsequent complaint will not be taken into account.
Product in damaged package. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse their receipt. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the courier company representative stating the condition of the package at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be taken into account. In the event that a carrier appointed by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred at the time of delivery of the products to the carrier.
